725 Ponce is one of our largest projects, with over 28,000 square feet of green roof. This roof provides habitat for local pollinator species, as well as the honey bees from Bee Downtown that can be seen from the observation deck. It houses a variety of plant species, but maintains minimal texture with its vast cover of sedums.
