Georgia Heights is a large apartment complex in the heart of downtown Athens, Ga. The building contains a courtyard with multiple amenity areas including a pool, grills, and seating. The LiveRoof standard system is along the perimeter of the courtyard in a “jagged” pattern that required a number of custom cut modules. We utilized 10 different plant species, each with different characteristics, to ensure the LiveRoof system remained attractive for the tenants year-round.
